ISO-compliant quality is ensured through statistical process control.  All raw material is thoroughly inspected and tested upon receipt.  Alloy type is determined and chemistry analyzed for the appropriate blending needed to meet each customer's specific requirements.  Molten metal is filtered and degassed to remove debris and inclusions, maintaining optimal purity.  Pour samples are tested on-site by spectrograph, calibrated to the National Bureau of Standards, and certified to mmet your specifications.  Our staff metallurgist oversees all testing and production, and is available to help you solve casting problems related to metal specifications.
